Workshop Duration: 1 day – 9.00am to 5.00pm
This workshop is designed to equip managers and HR professionals with the necessary knowledge, skills and confidence to deal with complaints of bullying & harassment both informally and formally. The workshop gives equal emphasis to using informal methods of resolution such as informal mediation techniques as well as best practice formal investigation techniques.

The workshop is highly interactive – through ‘real life’ role-play scenarios and case studies, you will have the opportunity to practice new skills and techniques such as informal mediation and formal investigation techniques.
