Workshop Duration: 1 day – 9.30am to 5.00pm

This one day workshop is designed to assist delegates to gain the skills and confidence to initiate, manage and conclude a challenging conversation. The course develops the core competencies that people managers require in order to have effective and constructive dialogues with a member of their team, particularly around underperformance, absence, misconduct or other difficult scenarios.
